We buy vehicles directly from private sellers in and around Aberdeen, UK.

- checked the vehicle’s history report

Appointments and inspections
- When you book an appointment with us, we will arrange a time and location for inspection.
- Please bring all available documents (V5C, MOT certificate, service history, finance details and ID).
- You must tell us about any known issues with the vehicle, including accident damage, mechanical faults, modifications or outstanding finance.
If the vehicle is significantly different from the description you provided, we may:
- revise our offer; or
- choose not to proceed with the purchase.
Purchase offers and payment
Once we have inspected the vehicle, we may make you a purchase offer.
- You are free to accept or decline the offer.
- If you accept, you will be asked to sign a purchase agreement.
- Payment is normally made by bank transfer to the account details you provide.
- Transfer times depend on your bank; most UK payments clear the same business day, but this is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change an offer at any time before payment is made.
Vehicles with outstanding finance
If your vehicle has outstanding finance:
- You must tell us about it before we complete the purchase.
- We may agree to settle the finance directly with your lender and pay any remaining balance to you.
- You remain responsible for providing accurate finance information and for any shortfall if the settlement figure you gave us is wrong.
We will not normally buy a vehicle where we cannot clear or verify the finance.
Your responsibilities
By offering a vehicle to SellAnyCarAberdeen you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner or are authorised to sell the vehicle.
- The vehicle is not stolen, subject to any undisclosed finance, or involved in any serious legal dispute.
- All information you give us (online and in person) is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will remove your personal belongings and private data (such as sat‑nav addresses or phone contacts) from the vehicle before handing it over.
You are responsible for cancelling or adjusting your insurance once the vehicle has been sold.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability in relation to a vehicle purchase will not exceed the price we paid you for that vehicle.
You are responsible for ensuring that any decision to sell your vehicle is right for you.

Our website may contain links to third‑party sites (for example, valuation data providers, finance information or reviews). These links are provided for information only. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to these Terms

Governing law
